Shipping policy

At Complent Labs, we aim to keep shipping simple and transparent.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. During higher-volume periods, processing may take longer. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • the European Union
  • other international destinations

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $60.

For orders below that threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

If expedited options are available at checkout, those rates are shown separately.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Domestic orders may be shipped using:

  • Standard shipping: typically 2–4 business days
  • Express shipping: typically 1–3 business days

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships, when available.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly or is insufficient for delivery, the shipment may be returned and reshipment costs may apply.

Unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is returned because it was unclaimed, additional reshipment costs may apply.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@complentlabs.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos. Approved claims may be refunded or replaced.

Shipping label address

Please note that the sender address shown on the shipping label may reflect our fulfillment partner’s warehouse rather than our business address.
