Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unopened and unused
  • in its original packaging
  • in the same condition you received it
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Because our products are consumable supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without first being approved will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@complentlabs.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • opened or used supplement products
  • gift cards
  • sale items marked final sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
